FoA's Clan Spirit
This site is dedicated to the Clan founded by the Enlighted Seraphim, in the
second month of year 2005, to summon the "Lords of Legend" players who share
the same spirit of participation, and to give them an active support in their
path throught the legend. Here we'll illustrate the rules and the philosophy of
the Clan.

Basic Rule
The Fellowship of Angel Clan has been created by the Enlighted Seraphim, the first day of the second month of year MMV. The FoA Clan helps its members in their quest to the top, the Clan does not allow race, sex or religion distinctions, and does not admit racist or sexist attitudes between each other or towards the clan. The FoA Clan is characterized by a brotherhood spirit and every member should help each other.
Loyalty
Members of FoA clan swear loyalty to the Clan, to the Council of Elders, to the enlightened Seraphim, undertaking to respect laws and decisions of the Clan. Brothers must respect all brethren and act in a dignified and honorable way in public. Members must be respectful of their superiors. FoA brothers undertake keeping the unblemished reputation of the Clan.
Members' behaviour
The FoA Clan doesn't allow cheaters, multiclanning, pointlessly violent characters, verbal vulgarity towards others. Members undertake to respect the rules of behaviour stated in the "Lol" website and in this document.
Friends, Enemies, Allies
Clan members are strongly advised to avoid attacking those who are considered friends by the Clan. Please verify the status of Clan friends and remember their names. Attacking members of allied Clans is forbidden. If an ally attacks you, send a screen capture of your "Attack Log" and the CoE will handle the issue. .
FOA CLAN - FOA DIVISIONS
The FoA clan should be considered as One, regardless of the number of divisions.
War Priorities
In the private page you can see the Internal War Status, we have 3 different war priorities:
- Priority 1: All the FoA clans and brothers must attack.
- Priority 2: Two or more FoA clans against the same opponent.
- Priority 3: A FoA clan against an opponent.
These priorities correspond to 3 situations:
- Great War, Family against Family.
- Ranking war.
- Answer to a heavy attack.
Hierarchy of the Clan
Clan is divided in four big hierarchic sectors: Council of Elders, High Officers,
Non- commissioned officers, Spirits. When you enter in the Clan for the first time you
have the rank of Spirit which automatically upgrades to Angel after 3 weeks as FoA member. Except for the Council of Elders, every rank is automatically
awarded according to a computation created by FoA and based on the data
provided every day by the members with the self update system. This computation considers, from the
top, the seniority in the Clan, the player's level, his power, plus the bonuses
of the decorations awarded by the CoE .
Updates will be made directly by members who have obtained at least the rank of Angel. Profiles can be updated at any time. The updates will be used by the website's tool and data is regularly verified by the CoE to ensure the accuracy of the member's data.
The CoE is the only authorized organs to
decide for decorations but considers the reports of subordinates.

Council of Elders
The CoE is composed of the Seraphim, the Cherubim, and the Thrones. This is the organization that manages the Clan by considering all reports and suggestions of Clan subordinates. The CoE informs Clan members of decisions that affect the community, modifies the status of the Clan, and determines rule infractions.

SERAPHIM
Leader and Founder of the Clan. This rank is independent of the player's profile. The Seraphim can dissolve the Clan, choose a successor, admit new members or expel those who heavily infringe on the Clan Code of Honour.
CHERUBIM
Second in command, the Cherubim is the co-founder of the Clan. This rank is independent of the player's profile. The Cherubim is responsible for gathering, managing and disbursing all Clan information and examining the Clan's activities. The Cherubim may be chosen from any FoA Division. The Cherubim must be respectful to all FoA Members and Leaders.
THRONE
The Throne is leader of a FoA division and is appointed by the Seraphim. Appointment or replacement of the Throne is unquestionable.
WRT - WAR ROUND TABLE
It's made of all Dominions and above, it's always called to choose about alliances and wars involving the entire FoA Family, exept for emergency case.
In case of emergency the CoE get any decision.
OFFICERS
Officers are the First Councilors for the CoE. They are assigned official tasks for diplomacy or war. They are responsible for Clan recruitment and advise the CoE on alliance or war with other clans.
ELEMENTALS
Elementals are a special badge for Virtues, Dominions and above. Each elemental level represents a step on the road to enlightenment. This honor is not automatically assigned, but is awarded by the CoE to members who have reached at least the Virtue ranking with at least 125000 level power, level 125 and a 3rd level knowledge award.
- EARTH: 85000 power, 85 level
- WATER: 105000 power, 105 level
- FIRE: 125000 power, 125 level
- AIR: 150000 power, 150 level
- ETHER: 175000 power, 175 level
DOMINIONS
DOMINIONS are awarded with the Crystal Star and two Purple Diamonds. The Dominion ranking is awarded to those members with a 3rd level headquarters, a 3rd level knowledge award, and have played a complete round with FoA. A Vetern Virtues (5 rounds with FoA) becomes immediatly a Dominion
VIRTUES
VIRTUES are awarded with the Crystal Star and one Purple Diamond. To achieve the ranking of Virtue is required a 2nd level knowledge award or any of the below combinations :

POWERS
POWERS are awarded with the Crystal Star. Powers are directly upgraded to Virtues after 3 consecutive rounds with FoA.
Non- commissioned officers
Non- commissioned officers can confer with the CoE and work as recruiters. Can be asked together with the officers to consider general topics.
PRINCIPALITIES
PRINCIPALITIES are awarded with the Gold Star and two SPIRITUAL EMERALDS.
ARCHANGELS
ARCHANGELS are awarded with the Gold Star and one SPIRITUAL EMERALDS.
ANGELS
ANGELS are awarded with the Gold Star.
SPIRIT
Spirit is the lowest hierarchy level and is obtained when you join the Clan. Spirits receive the Ring of Alliance and will keep it during their entire career with FoA. Spirits are automatically upgraded to the rank of Angel after 3 weeks of membership. Spirits can confer with the CoE. Spirits cannot access the private areas of the site.
OBJECTIVES
SERAPHIM'S OBJECTIVE
To lead the FoA to the highest Clan ranking in LoL, and to obtain multi-clan alliances that are advantageous to all FoA divisions.
COE'S OBJECTIVE
To provide the maximum well-being, success, fairness and growth to all members of FoA.
CHERUBIM'S OBJECTIVE
To collect informations that will improve the inner conditions of the divisions and supply developmental strategies.
THRONE'S OBJECTIVE
To defend the own members from external onslaught and to favor the development of every member until the ranking of high officers and to obtain the best success for the division he/she lead.
MACHIAVELLI'S OBJECTIVE
To collect informations in order to improve the inner conditions of his/her own division and in order to supply the instruments to his leader to develop strategies of inner and foreign politicals, and to guarantee the continuity of the leadership during periods in which the leader it is forced to go away.
HIGH OFFICERS OBJECTIVE
To assist the CoE to lead the Clan and help new members in learning base techniques, Clan and LOL knowledge, and how use of the FoA tools.
NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS' OBJECTIVE
To learn how to use the basic tools and techniques, to learn the expected behavior of Clan members and to learn the Clan and LOL rules .
To learn the use of tools and tutorials inside the clan-site, tips supplied by the CoE and the high officers.
To learn the rules expressed in the "Spirit" page.
Leaders
Leaders of Clan Divisions have full power in managing their members and alliances, as long as their decisions don't violate the decisions of the CoE or the Seraphim. Leaders must be officially recognized by the Clan Key award and ensure that all Division members adhere to Clan and Division policies. Division Leaders may appoint Division high officers and must accept orders from only the Seraphim.
The power of the Cherubim
The Cherubim can give orders to Leaders just when he is representing the Seraphim. The Cherubim can receive any requested reports for himself or the Seraphim and can suggest rules of conduct to Leaders.
Internal Hierarchy
Leaders may choose 2 Machiavelli for their Division. Machiavelli must be chosen from ranks above spirit. Machiavelli may assume Division leadership in the absence of the Division Leader.
Administration
Every leader has to insert his own members in the FoA lists, to delete every member who left his clan or every member who is kicked, and he has to give the passwords when his members reach the angel rank.
Ex Leaders
An Ex leaders of a FoA division is awarded with the amber diamond and he/she is considered high concilor of the CoE.
Ex Machiavelli
An Ex Machiavelli of a FoA division lose the Machiavelli and obtain the Diplomat badge.
honours and ranking
The honour and rank system give us a picture of the inner situation of the clan and remember us who did something special and wich memebers are more active, and who need more help.
A part of the ranking system is calculated by a server script algorythm, we chosed this way 'cause a computer is impartial and can simply follow all members in the same way, but a computer cannot avaluate a human, so another part of our honour system is managed by the CoE.
This can answer also about the "self-update" system, if you don't update your values the computer don't have anything to evaluate.
Our honours aren't a "How pretty we are" but a system to show your characteristic, what you did, how much you do for the clan.

tutorials
We have 3 Tutorials level, first level is an open source, there are link to the first tutorial in the home page and in the "Portal" page and in the restricted area. The second level tutorial is only for high officers and the third one is just for Dominions.

all our tools are in one page (tools page), you'll find the link in the main menu inside the restricted area. Actually FoA offers these tools:
- Army Evaluator: is my army balaned?
- Loan Calculator: Loan technique? If you need a loan why to pay more than you need?
- Builder: how much ap, loan, gold I need to buy a building?
- Market Opening Helper: what time is it in LoL related to my country time?
foa test
FoA test is about FoA Clan and LoL rules, this test is needed to reach the higher rankings.
Password
CoE is the only organ who can give passwords, which are privates and personals. Every warlord has to keep his password secret. Those who haven't a password or lost it need to ask the CoE for it. Password has to be written down to not lose it. Passwords are alphanumeric and cannot be personalized until the reaching of the ranking of 'Powers'. Reveal or give your own passwords is strictly forbidden! A member recive his password first time only when he reach the angel grade (three weeks of membership).
"Sleeping" Rule
LoL doesn't allows to store up more than 999 APs, but an active player should not store more than 500 aps. Any leader can choose to activate the sleeping rule for a member if he/she touch the 500 aps limit. If a warlord demonstrate to be active with his/her growth, the leader can avoid to apply the SR.
The sleeping rule is always activated when a member reach the 999 aps limit, when you reach this amount every turn is a wasted AP and you earn is stopped and if you leave your charcter any enemy of FoA will attack you and the clan will lose power, this is a considerable loss for the Clan, passivity means dead for a Clan.
If you have to interrupt the game for some days you must inform your leader by mail and spend all money that you can and go in "vacation mode". If you don't inform of your situation by mail, and you reach the 999 AP amount, it will be considered a defection and the spleeping rule starts:
Days of respite = (days of membership/10) ; [max 30 days]
after this time a leader can kick you out!
Game Reset
When LoL game is resetted all your account data are cleared and all clans are disbanded, but your data in our clan site are preserved so for all your honours and your internal ranking, so you'll continue to use our tools and tutorials. Please if you change your character name tell us so we can update our members list.
We consider 21 days from the reset day the "Reset Reorganization Period", if some one do not reactivate his character after this period he will be deleted from our members list.
After a LoL reset every player lose this distincitives: Magister, Lord, Portal, Clan Keys, Machiavelli. The Clan Keys will be replaced by the Amber Diamond, and the Machiavelli will be replaced by the Diplomat. The other distinctives wont be deleted.
to change nick name
After a reset you are free to change your nick and your race, but you cannot use the nick of another FoA member.
If you change your nick you have to send an e-mail to with :
Your nick before the reset (ex. Hi I'm Lord Angel)
Your actual nick (ex. My actual nick is: Devil)
Your password (ex. My password is: Angel-devil2)
Please don't post your password in the forum, and please if you have lost your password ask for it before the reset.
For safety reasons every member without password will be reinsert like new.
Personal page
When you reach the angel ranking your name in the members table is linked to a special page that records all your data and show an avatar, higher is your ranking greater will be your avatar personalization. There are 11880 possible combinations you can chose, you start at the angel ranking with just 2 choises (male avatar or famale avatar). You can chose from 11 wings color, 10 bandana colors, 4 tattoos, 5 armors, 3 helms. To chose the same combination of another player is allowed but we suggest you to find your own style. In the personal page you can show also your favorite quote and your signature. You can manage the personal page contents by a form in the restricted area.

Forum
The only official Forum of reference for the entire Foa community is the one inside this site, single divisions can have a own inner forum, but they should considers the clan-site forum the only technical forum of reference. The Foa forum is inside the restricted area but the forum actually need that you create your own acount so first time you have to register it, forum is able to remmber your acount and password so you have to insert them just the first time.
suggestion form
In the private page you'll find an anonimous suggestion form, so yuo'll be able to make your suggestion in total freedom
Edicts
Edicts published in the "Portal" page must be considered as laws.
Voting
During a voting everyone can vote just one time according to the
instructions of the CoE, election called by the CoE and the Seraphim can be of 4 kinds:
1) OPEN VOTING: Called by the CoE, Only ranks of Angels and above can vote, every member
has vote power 1. These elections are called to consider trends and desires of
the Clan.
2) HIERARCHICAL VOTING: Called by the CoE, Only ranks of Angels and above can vote, every member
has vote power equal to his/her ranking (from 2 for angels to 10 for Seraphim). These elections are called to consider trends and desires of
the Clan but with a special consideration for veterans.
3) OLIGARCHIC VOTING: Called by the CoE to consider together with the
officers alliances, war or very important topics. Only ranks of Powers and above can vote. Vote is proportional to
lenght of service with a D/30 (D=Days of membership) proportion.
4) COE VOTING: Called by Seraphim to consider alliances, war or very
important topics. Each CoE member has vote power 1.
In case of equality in the voting results, The Seraphim can express one
extra vote, or decide to repeat the voting. Results will be published in the restricted area.
